CHALLENGE
Zona Ventures, Chicago’s newest boutique real estate firm, is hitting the market with an innovative data-driven approach to real-estate. Backed by some of the top marketing and real-estate visionaries in the city, Zona is set to change the game. They needed a brand to represent progress and forward thinking.
SOLUTION
A classic design with a modern application. We crafted an identity for Zona that includes a scalable, fresh design system that plays on the natural shapes of the “V” and “A” to represent the volatility of the market- because whether it's up or down, Zona ventures has the team, data and insights to move you forward.

APPROACH
We collaborated closely with the team to iterate through 30 different marks evolving the identity each time until we reached a system we all loved. We then applied the design to a series of digital a print applications to further stress-test this system.
CONCLUSION
A logo is an essential part of any new business, and the first thing people remember. Zona now has a premium mark with a unique modern edge, and a design system that will grow with their business.
