Solar Echo Branding
solarecholighting.com/CHALLENGE
Most Americans spend about 87% of their time indoors. And another 6% in their vehicle. Yikes. So let's face it, life indoors is just not that great, especially in the working world. Solar Echo fights back at stale lighting with a new take on what smart lighting should be. The first product responds to its environment based on light and sound. Plus it can be controlled and managed by our app to help uses craft their own experience.
SOLUTION
While Jake and John were hard art work designing and building the first few prototypes, the team at Geletka+ planned all the messaging, marketing and an identity that truly reflects the more natural experience Solar Echo creates. In addition to the brand, the team planned an initial go-to-market strategy that included the website, an indiegogo campaign and social ads.

APPROACH
We aligned brand design with product development, and kept them synced up throughout the engagement. When things changed with the product during the innovation cycle, we adjusted accordingly with the brand and message.
CONCLUSION
It's just the beginning for Solar Echo, but the brand identity and messaging investment made early has paid off big time. On the first week of our indiegogo campaign we raised over 30% of goal, earned press in cleantechnica, and have been engaged by prospective manufacturing partners and distributors.
