Geletka+ Beefs up Senior Leadership Amongst New Hires

Welcome to the team Nancy and Katie.

Chicago-based Geletka+ has continued to experience unprecedented growth this year, responding with two strategic new hires. Nancy Mines joins as the Director of Client Experience, while Katie Sullivan becomes the Assistant Account Manager for clients after a successful internship.

Nancy Mines previously led Brand Design and Creative Strategy at West Monroe and served as Senior Account Director at Color Jar. “We don’t look for people who check a box here and we don’t put order takers in front of our clients. With a background that spans both agency and client side, known for helping build brands and deliver results, Nancy was the ideal choice to take on client experience,” said John Geletka, founder and CXO of Geletka+.

Katie Sullivan, joining the team after a 5 month marketing internship with Geletka+, prior to that she was Peer Leader for The Body Project.  “Our agency is growing rapidly, and these two new hires, on top of additional investments in our Los Angeles and Park City locations come at a crucial time. Strengthening all levels of our team is the right decision for our clients,” added Geletka.

 

Nancy and Katie will continue to work under the leadership Managing Director Christina Downey and support client growth in complex industries such as healthcare, fintech, Ai and web3.
